Ingredients

BBQ Popcorn
Ingredients
Water Gardens Theatres Movie Theatre Popcorn
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Store mixture in an airtight container.
Notes
To use: Spray popped popcorn with cooking spray.
Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of seasoning mix for each quart of popcorn.

Beef Jerky Chili Popcorn
Ingredients
8 cups Water Gardens Theatres Movie Theatre Popcorn
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp each garlic powder and paprika
1/2 cup chopped beef jerky
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Line large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil; spread popcorn evenly on baking sheet. Sprinkle cheese over top.
2. In a small pan set over medium heat, melt butter; stir in chili powder, garlic powder, paprika and salt. Bring to a light boil; remove from heat.
3. Drizzle hot butter mixture over popcorn; sprinkle with beef jerky. Bake, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes or until popcorn is dry and crisp. Toss gently; transfer to a shallow serving bowl.

Blazing Buffalo Ranch Popcorn
Ingredients
1 tablespoon ranch dressing or dip mix (from a 1-ounce package)
1 tablespoon seafood spice mix (or celery salt)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon powdered sugar (or sugar)
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil

Cooking spray, optional
Directions
1. In a small bowl, blend ranch dressing mix, spice mix, garlic powder, powdered sugar and cayenne pepper.
2. Sprinkle with vegetable oil and blend until well incorporated.
3. Place popcorn in a serving bowl and spray lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle seasoning mix over popcorn to taste and toss.
Store leftover seasoning mix in an airtight container for future use.

Bombay Popcorn, Hot Wasabi Popcorn, Cajun Popcorn
Ingredients
Bombay Popcorn:
8 cups Water Gardens Theatres Movie Theatre popcorn
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 teaspoons curry powder or hot curry powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup toasted coconut, golden raisins or sliced almonds, optional
Hot Wasabi Popcorn:
8 cups Water Gardens Theatres Movie Theatre popcorn
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 teaspoons prepared wasabi
1/2 teaspoon sugar, optional
Cajun Popcorn:
2 1/2 quarts Water Gardens Theatres Movie Theatre popcorn
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Directions
For Bombay and Wasabi Popcorn:
Place popcorn in a large bowl.
Microwave butter 20 seconds or until melted; stir in curry powder or wasabi until well blended.
Drizzle seasoned butter over popcorn and stir to distribute.
Sprinkle with salt, sugar and optional ingredients; stir gently until blended.
For Cajun Popcorn:
Pour butter over warm popcorn
Combine remaining seasonings and sprinkle over popcorn; toss to mix.
Bake in 300-degree Fahrenheit oven for crispy popcorn.

Caramel Corn Crunch
Ingredients 1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3 quarts Water Gardens Salty 7 Sweet Kettle Corn
Directions
1. Cream butter; add brown sugar and whip until fluffy.
2. In a large baking bowl, combine popcorn and creamed mixture.
3. Bake in a 350-degree oven for about 8 minutes or until crisp.
Serve warm if desired.

Cheesy Jalapeno Popcorn
Ingredients
4 quarts Water Gardens Theatres Movie Theatre Popcorn
2-3 teaspoons jalapeno green pepper sauce (or Tabasco; more to taste)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (substitute cheese with brewer’s yeast for a low-fat alternative)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
1. Place popcorn in a large serving bowl.
2. Sprinkle popcorn with jalapeno sauce, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder toss and serve immediately.

Chipotle Ranch Snack Mix
Ingredients
1 (1 ounce) package (2 tablespoons) ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle chili pepper, or chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking spray
Directions
1. Stir together ranch salad dressing mix, chipotle pepper and garlic salt in a small bowl.
2. Lightly spray popcorn with cooking spray.
3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the seasoning mix over popcorn; toss and serve.

Adobo and Roasted Peanut Popcorn
Ingredients
4 quarts Water Gardens Theatres Salty & Sweet Kettle Corn
1/4 cup peanuts
1 egg white
1 tablespoon adobo sauce (from one 7-ounce can chipotle chilies in adobo sauce; reserve chilies for other use) OR 1 tablespoon chipotle pepper sauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
2. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil sprayed with cooking spray). Spread popcorn and peanuts onto a prepared baking sheet.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together egg white, sugar, adobo sauce and salt until foamy. Pour over popcorn and toss to coat evenly.
4. Bake 20 minutes, stirring once midway through baking time. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Notes
*Note: the use of egg white helps the flavors adhere to the popcorn, without adding fat through the more traditional use of oils.
